You start with one report. And you know the cost before we begin.
We don't sell hour banks or open-ended projects. We sell a specific piece of work, with scope, phases, timeline and price agreed in writing from day one.
Report automation
We take the report your team rebuilds by hand every month and leave it running on its own, with the same figures as today.
We don't start by inventing new metrics. We start from something you already use and already care about, because it's the only way the result gets used from month one.
It's where almost everyone starts, and the clearest way to see how we work before committing to anything else.
Tell us which report hurtsAlways included
- Connection to your current sources, without modifying them
- Data model and report built in the tool you use
- Figure-by-figure verification against your last close
- Scheduled automatic refresh
- A handover session so you know how it works
- Documentation of how everything is built
- Two rounds of review
Training is not included. The handover session shows you how the delivered work behaves and where each figure comes from. If you also want your team to learn to build and change its own reports, that's training and it's quoted separately.
Why you won't find a price list here
Because the price depends on the real state of your data, and that can't be known from the outside.
What actually drives the effort
Hardly ever the report itself. It's everything underneath:
- How many sources have to be connected, and whether they talk to each other.
- The state of the data: a report with a single database can take months if that database is undocumented or contradicts itself.
- What access exists and who controls it. Sometimes the bottleneck is an external provider, not the technology.
- Whether there's history to rebuild, and how far back.
- How much needs defining: whether the metrics are already clear or have to be agreed first.
- Which tool: we work with the one you already have, and if there isn't one, we propose what fits your size and budget.
How we get to a price
- The form Two minutes. We ask just enough to know whether we can help.
- A one-hour meeting, free We go through the report, the sources and the access. You leave with our opinion even if you hire nobody.
- If needed, an in-depth assessment Only when the scope can't be pinned down in a conversation. It's the only assessment we charge for.
- A fixed proposal in writing Scope, phases, timeline and price. If it takes us longer than planned, that's our problem.
What happens if the scope changes
A fixed price doesn't mean infinite scope, so we say it upfront:
- The project covers what was agreed in writing before starting, with the fields and sources named one by one.
- It includes handover, not training: teaching your team to build reports is quoted separately.
- It includes two rounds of review on the first version; beyond that, it's quoted separately.
- If, on connecting, a source turns out not to have the access everyone assumed, we stop and recalculate before going on. Never after the fact.
In-depth assessment
Sometimes an hour of conversation isn't enough to know what's inside. When that happens, the analysis becomes a piece of work in itself: and that one is quoted.
We review your sources and their access, look at how reports are produced today, find where work is duplicated and where a figure could be wrong without anyone noticing. You get a plan: what to automate, in what order, with what impact and with a fixed price for each report.
The important part
- The first meeting is never charged for. Only this assessment is, and only if it's needed.
- We tell you beforehand whether we think you need it.
- If you then hire the build, it's deducted in full.
- If you decide not to continue, the plan is yours anyway.
How far we can go with you
None of this needs hiring now or deciding today. It's here so you know what comes next once the first report is running.
Maintenance
Your business changes and so does your data. We check periodically that the reports are still correct, adjust them when your tools or processes change, and are there when something doesn't add up.
Monthly fee, no lock-in.
It depends on how many reports it covers and how complex they are. We put it in writing.
Training for your team
Practical sessions on your own reports and with the tool you already use — Power BI, Looker Studio or whatever it is — not on generic examples, so your team can build and change its own without depending on anyone outside.
A separate service, as a single session or a full programme.
It depends on the size of the team and where it's starting from.
Business intelligence and analytics
When several reports are running and it's time to turn them into one coherent dashboard: metrics defined once, the same for every team, and reachable from a phone.
Data engineering and architecture
The step from "several reports that work" to a single, tidy database designed to grow with you instead of being patched every year. This is where timelines stop being measured in weeks and start being measured in months, which is why it's always quoted case by case.
Administration and governance
Clear rules about who sees what, who can change it and how quality is kept over time. Standards, owners and documentation, so it doesn't all depend on one person.
Reporting process audit
A full review of how all your reports are produced today, where work is duplicated and what quality risks you're carrying without knowing. It's the extended version of the in-depth assessment, for companies with many reports in play.
What we don't do
We're a small team and we take on few projects at a time. That means you always talk to whoever does the work, and it also means there are things we can't take on with the quality they deserve. We'd rather tell you here than on the invoice.
- ERP migrations
- Twelve-month transformations
- "Let's build the data lake and see what happens"
- Hour banks with no defined scope
- Writing or changing data in your production systems
If you need something from this list, we'll tell you in the first meeting and save you the time.

Not sure where to start?
That's normal. Tell us about your case in the form and we'll look at it in a one-hour meeting, free of charge: which report we'd automate first, how much time your team would get back and what's needed before we can fix a price.
